Welcome to Noorani Ilm! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Noorani Ilm website and services, including access to our Taleem (Learning) courses, the eBook Gallery, and participation in our social Impact & Donate mission. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the website immediately.

2. Intellectual Property and Limited License

Noorani Ilm and its licensors own all content on the site, including all text, graphics, logos, and, critically, the digital content (e.g., the eBooks and Taleem materials). This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License for eBooks: When you purchase an eBook from the eBook Gallery, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from the content without explicit written permission from Noorani Ilm.
  • Prohibited Action: You are expressly forbidden from sharing purchased digital content with third parties.

3. User Conduct and Respect for Religious Content

Noorani Ilm is a platform dedicated to the respectful dissemination of Quranic learning and Islamic knowledge. Your conduct on this platform must reflect this mission.

  • General Conduct: You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of others. This includes harassment, defamation, or distribution of malicious code.
  • Respect for Sacred Texts (Quran and Islamic Books): Any form of mistreatment, disrespect, or misuse of the Holy Quran, Hadith texts, or other sacred Islamic materials is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate, permanent termination of access to the website and services. Mistreatment includes, but is not limited to:
    • Posting, sharing, or creating content that is derogatory, offensive, or disrespectful to the sacred texts or figures.
    • Using the content in a manner that contradicts the core principles of the platform (i.e., simplifying and applying the lessons).
    • Attempting to use the platform to promote hatred, violence, or discrimination.

4. Digital Product Sales, Payments, and Donations

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Refund Policy: All sales of eBooks and digital Taleem courses are governed by our separate Refund and Return Policy, which provides a 3-day, no-questions-asked guarantee for digital products. By purchasing, you agree to the terms of that policy.
  • Donations (Impact & Donate): All contributions made to our social Impact mission are considered charitable donations. All donations are final and non-refundable. This is due to the immediate allocation of funds to support our community programs (food, education, and health support).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all eBooks and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Noorani Ilm makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content for any particular purpose. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noorani Ilm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Termination

Noorani Ilm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms, particularly Section 3 (User Conduct and Respect for Religious Content).

8. Governing Law
