1. Digital Product Satisfaction Guarantee (eBooks and Taleem Courses)
We are confident in the quality of our simplified eBooks and structured Taleem (Learning) courses designed to enhance your Quranic understanding. We offer a risk-free policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our eBook Gallery.
A. 3-Day, No-Questions-Asked Refund
If you purchase a digital product (eBook, downloadable course, or lesson package) and are not fully satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund provided the request is submitted within the allowed window.
- Refund Eligibility Window: Refunds must be requested within 72 hours (3 days) of the original purchase time and date.
- "No-Questions-Asked" Guarantee: We respect your decision. You do not need to provide any reason for your refund request.
- Purpose: This guarantee allows you to evaluate the content and quality of our Islamic learning resources without financial risk.
B. How to Claim Your Refund
To initiate the 3-day refund process, please follow these steps:
- Submit Request: Email our dedicated support team with the subject line: "72-Hour Refund Request."
- Provide Details: The email must include the Order ID (found on your purchase receipt) and the email address used to place the order.
- Confirmation: Our team will confirm receipt of your request and verify the purchase date within 1 business day.
C. Refund Processing and Access Revocation
- Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days.
- Content Access Revoked: Upon approval and processing of the refund, your access and digital license to the specific eBook or Taleem course will be immediately and permanently revoked. Noorani Ilm is not responsible for any inability to access the content after the refund is completed.
D. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refund requests submitted after the 72-hour window has expired will not be honored, regardless of the reason.

Donations are essential to fulfilling the Noorani Ilm social Impact mission—providing food, education, and health support to communities. Our policy reflects our commitment to quickly allocating funds to these charitable purposes.
A. Donations are Final and Non-Refundable
All monetary contributions made through our Impact & Donate section are classified as charitable donations and are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable.
- Immediate Allocation: Funds received are swiftly allocated and put to work for charitable purposes. Due to this process, we cannot reverse or refund donation transactions.
- Commitment to Transparency: We assure all donors that 100% of their donation is used to support the social initiatives outlined in our mission. We provide reports on the collective success of our Islamic charity model.
- Discretion: We reserve the right to decline any donation at our discretion. If a donation is declined prior to allocation, the payment will be returned.
